Returns & Refunds Policy
At Sub Side, we pride ourselves on crafting fresh, delicious, and wholesome food, made to order and delivered with care. Your satisfaction is our top priority!
Because our food is made fresh and is perishable, we handle returns and refunds a little differently than non-food items.
What To Do If There's a Problem With Your Order
We go to great lengths to ensure every sandwich, salad and side meets our high standards. However, if something isn't quite right with your Sub Side order, please contact us immediately within 1 hour of delivery so we can make it right.
Please get in touch straight away if:
- Your food arrives damaged or appears to be of unsatisfactory quality, including issues with freshness, presentation, or spoilage.
- You've received the wrong item.
- An item is missing from your order.
- Your order does not meet specific dietary requirements you communicated to us.
How To Report an Issue
- Contact us directly: Call us at 07849681948 or email perfectsidekicktoyourday@gmail.com — this is the quickest way to resolve a problem.
- Provide details: Have your order number ready and describe the issue clearly. A photograph of the problem is very helpful, especially for quality or incorrect item concerns.
Our Approach to Refunds and Resolutions
Upon reviewing your concern, we will assess the issue and offer one of the following solutions:
- Full or partial refund: If the issue significantly impacts the enjoyment or safety of your food, we will arrange a refund to your original payment method.
- Replacement order: We may offer to remake and redeliver the affected item or your entire order.
- Credit for future orders: In some cases, we may offer a credit to your Sub Side account for future purchases.
When We Might Not Offer a Refund
- The issue is not reported promptly, especially for perishable items.
- The food has been consumed or significantly altered after the issue was identified.
- The problem arises from circumstances beyond our control (e.g., incorrect delivery address provided by the customer).
- Change of mind, as our products are perishable and made to order.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. As our food is made to order, cancellations made less than 24 hours before your scheduled delivery or collection time may be subject to a cancellation fee or may not be refundable if preparation has already begun.
